The Barbarian Style of Garouste Bonetti’s design furniture

Garouste and Bonetti rehabilitated materials that had sunk into oblivion. For example, they used wrought or beaten iron, bronze, gold leaf, and gouged wood. Their lighting and furniture are produced by craftsmen, ironworker, bronzesmith, cabinetmaker, gilder and silversmith.
